The FLAP Holding Pliers are
designed to hold the flap during
bone augmentation
procedures. Use of this instrument
allows for holding the entire flap
surface.Often a retractor is used to keep
the flap apart and, as a second
step, when the bone material is
placed, pliers are used to
reposition the flap while removing
the retractor. With these FLAP
Holding Pliers, it is possible to
complete this procedure with only
one instrument. This instrument
simply makes the entire procedure
easier and more problem-free.
