Placement of several implants on one operation for the patient who has narrow bone ridge
How to use:
Cut the bone that implant will be placed using saw disk
Insert the spreading pins between cut bones side by side
Connect spreading adapter with inserted spreading pins and turn
Spreading pins can be turned either with spreading adapter or wrench adapter
Turn 3pins one by one slowly and expand the ridge evenly
After completing expansion, remove spreading pins and place the fixture
*Note: When the expansion is completed, place the fixtures as one to one exchange of pins and fixtures spreading pins and fixtures, not removing all spreading pins at one time
Graft bones in between and around placed fixtures
