Light-Conductive Interdental Wedges
When the interdental space is tight, and it is difficult to insert a matrix, band, or crown use Vivid LCWedge. Vivid LCWedges temporarily separate teeth and help to place the matrix around the treated tooth. AS soon as the side of the matrix reaches the contact point, slowly remove the wedge placing matrix the desired way.
Once the shaped polyester matrix, the self-locking matrix, polyester band or crown is on the tooth, apply Vivid LCWedge to press and secure the matrix to the tooth to be filled. Four sizes of wedges are offered to give better choice.
The main purpose for Vivid LCWedges is to lead the polymerization light evenly throughout the entire filling and to prevent uneven shrinkage and strains in restoration material.
