Bijou is made from pure grown sapphire, the second hardest material in the world, which also has strong bonding strength. Once bonded on your tooth, it will stay until you debond with debonding pliers. The most common problems with sapphire brackets have been “debonding”. But, you don’t need to worry about that anymore. From World Bio Tech’s special technique, spreading Al2O3 powder on 70% of the base of the bracket, Bijou has both a strong bonding strength while at the same time being easy to debond.
